We've been working with Jason, Torie, and the TFCU team since late 2019. First brought on to help determine the type of website redesign they'd needed (and if they needed one at all), we've since had the opportunity to build them an all-new website and employee intranet. Both projects have been a success in that they have satisfied a number of key requirements. For the website we focused on and achieved the following goals:
- Dramatically improve the ease and speed of managing the site through a quality CMS
- Increase the overall web traffic to the site
- Realize tangible growth in user engagement
- Convert a greater number of visitors to membership
- Improve the overall site performance on mobile devices
- Improve SEO performance
The intranet had some similar and some very different goals:
- Leverage the success of ExpressionEngine for the consumer site
- Create a centralized, easy-to-use location for everything employees of TFCU may need
- Ensure that all content is accessible via desktop and mobile devices, at TFCU locations and for remote working
The result: two successful projects for TFCU, with a third in the works for Q1 of 2024.
