Rivals Turned Teammates

Debuted in 2022, the ASFL Clash Against Cancer unites lacrosse rivals to raise funds for the MGH Cancer Center. Players are scouted and selected for talent and character, competing in spirited games followed by a fastest shot competition.

In the inaugural event, Tim McNamara (Boys MVP) and Reagan O’Brien (Girls MVP) shone, with Cass Belsito (81 MPH) and Tate Seeman (111 MPH) winning the fastest shot contests. Both MVPs went on to play college lacrosse at Denver and Johns Hopkins, respectively.
