Project overview
Transformation Systems Inc. is a workforce and organizational development company serving a wide array of federal, commercial, and non-profit customers. In 2024, following a change of leadership, TSi contacted Shields SGF for help modernizing their identity and web presence. Their old site had been updated piecemeal over the years and a fresh start was the obvious choice to move forward into their new company identity.
Solution
TSi's new look would need to appeal to both civilian and defense industries while presenting a clean, confident and approachable feel. Their new "beacon" logo takes elements from their previous brand as a nod to the company's long heritage, but reinterprets it to communicate a radiant sense of energy and inspiration. The expanded color palette was a nod to LEAP, TSi's sister company, which Shields SGF was working on a site for concurrently.
Along with a new look, logo and website, TSi also relied on us for revamping print collateral, presentation materials, developing social media templates and announcing the newest incarnation of the company.
Results
TSi is now equipped with a fresh modern brand and a website to match. They are ready to communicate with clients across all industries as well as attract new professional talent. With Shields SGF's help, TSi is ready to position themselves ahead of other vendors in their industry.
